Reservations and Payments

A quote does not guarantee a reservation. Transportation is confirmed after the booking is accepted and any required deposit or payment is completed.

Customers must provide accurate pickup, destination, date, time, passenger count, luggage and flight information. Rates are based on these details. Additional stops, waiting time, tolls, parking or other approved changes may affect the final price.

Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change the pickup time, route, passenger count, vehicle or trip duration are subject to availability and may affect pricing.

Cancellation, refund, deposit and no-show terms depend on the reservation type and should be reviewed before booking.

Airport Transportation

Airport passengers should provide the correct airline and flight number. If flight details change, contact DFW Limo Service with the updated information.

Airport pickup locations, waiting periods and applicable waiting charges follow the terms confirmed with the reservation.

Passenger and Vehicle Terms

Passengers must follow applicable laws and reasonable chauffeur instructions. Smoking where prohibited, illegal activity, abusive behavior or intentional vehicle damage may result in termination of service.

The booking customer may be responsible for verified cleaning or repair costs caused by passengers in their party. Passenger and luggage requirements should be disclosed before booking so an appropriate vehicle can be assigned.

Service and Liability

Traffic, severe weather, road closures, airport restrictions and other conditions outside reasonable operational control may affect travel times.

Customers should allow sufficient time for flights and other time-sensitive trips. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such a limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
